BLÜCHER MENA receives Medal of Honour
On 29 February 2016, BLÜCHER MENA was awarded with the Diploma of the Danish Export Association & HRH Prince Henrik's Medal of Honour in recognition of an outstanding effort in promoting and marketing Danish products and services abroad.
The Medal of Honour was presented to Gert Laumann, General Manager of BLÜCHER MENA Sales office by HRH the Crown Prince in connection with a Danish Trade Promotion in Riyadh.
The Danish manufacturer of stainless steel drainage systems BLÜCHER has been present in the Middle East region since 2007 with a local sales office. The product offering comprises floor drains, drainage channels and the BLÜCHER® EuroPipe push-fit drainage pipework system. The wide range of standard products is complemented by customized products tailored to match project-specific requirements and local building traditions.
Not least through their ability to offer drainage solutions specifically developed for the local region, BLÜCHER has built a solid reputation in the Middle East. In addition, BLÜCHER MENA has provided drainage solutions for Almarai Dairy CPP2 and CPP3, Al Kabeer, Danone and Adoha Poultry.
”We are extremely proud to receive this honour and of the results created by our BLÜCHER MENA team, promoting and selling the BLÜCHER solutions in the MENA region,” says Per Thanning Johansen, CEO of BLÜCHER Group.
BLÜCHER has recently launched HygienicPro®, a series of drains and channels for hygiene-sensitive applications such as the health sector and the food processing industry. With this new line of products, BLÜCHER expects to further increase its activities in the Middle East and worldwide in the years to come.
